Your New Role: We’re seeking a highly proactive Program Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of complex, large-scale and high-profile projects. In this central role, you will bring together data from across the portfolio, turning it into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making for senior stakeholders and steering committees.

You will

- Consolidate data to deliver a clear, integrated view of portfolio performance
- Produce high-quality management reports and presentations
- Support governance processes, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Build strong relationships with project stakeholders to gather insights, understand challenges, and close information gaps
- Analyse data to identify emerging risks and pressure points, and translating findings into practical recommendations
- Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor costs, refine plans, and ensure alignment with overall strategy





Your Background:

- Degree qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in a similar position supporting successful delivery of projects or programs within a complex environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted working relationships across diverse teams
- Highly proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
