About the Role

We’re recruiting across a busy desk:

With active clients, steady job flow, and engaged doctors. You’ll place doctors into roles nationwide.

What You’ll Do

- Build relationships: Engage and support a national network of doctors
- Grow the desk: Leverage existing clients and open new doors
- Recruit end-to-end: Own the process from sourcing to placement
- Advise & influence: Be the go-to for clients and candidates
- Drive results: Hit targets in a supportive, performance-driven team

About You





You know recruitment and how to build a thriving desk. You value results and genuine relationships, and you want an environment that rewards your hustle.

You’ll bring:

- Recruitment experience in healthcare/medical
- A track record of consistent billing and target achievement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Established desks: Existing clients, live jobs, rich candidate database
