The Role

We're opening a brand-new City Beach store at Eastland in November 2026, and we're looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to lead the team from day one!

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the opening team and shape the success of a brand-new store.

You'll have the opportunity to build your team, establish the store culture, set operational standards and create an exceptional customer experience from the moment we open our doors.

As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of all aspects of store operations while building, leading and developing a high-performing team. You'll work closely with your Assistant Store Manager and leadership team to deliver business objectives, drive sales and create a store environment where both customers and team members thrive.

What you'll be doing

- Build and lead the team from the ground up, creating a positive, inclusive and development-focused store culture.

- Create a customer-centric workplace that delivers exceptional customer and team experiences.

- Lead the team to achieve KPIs and operational objectives across Sales, People, Compliance, Visual Merchandising,



Wages and Safety.

- Oversee all daily store operations, including stock management, loss prevention, store presentation and promotional set-up.

- Recruit, coach, develop and retain a high-performing team.

- Manage wages effectively while balancing profitability, operational efficiency and customer experience.

- Analyse store performance, sales results and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvement.

- Build capability within your team and identify and develop future City Beach leaders.

- Maintain a safe, compliant and positive workplace in line with City Beach policies and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.

- Champion City Beach projects and initiatives and bring our brand, culture and customer experience to life in your store.

About You

We're looking for a passionate retail leader who is excited by the opportunity to build something new.

You'll have:

- Previous experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail management role.

- Experience in fast-paced retail, FMCG or hospitality environments is highly regarded.

- A proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve business targets.

- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing people.

- Experience recruiting, engaging and retaining high-performing teams.

- Strong commercial and operational understanding.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- An energetic,



hands-on approach and the ability to lead from the front.

- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.

- A genuine interest in developing your team and building future leaders.
