Capella Sydney is seeking a passionate Event Demi Chef to join our renowned culinary team. You will help deliver exceptional cuisine for weddings, conferences, galas, private events and bespoke functions while maintaining Capella Sydney's luxury standards.
Reporting to the Chef de Partie and senior culinary leaders, you will prepare, present and plate high-quality dishes, ensure mise en place and compliance with HACCP. The role rewards teamwork, ongoing development and staff meals while on duty.
