We are looking for heavy duty fitters with experience in civil & rail machinery maintenance for our Wangara Depot.

Skills and experience:

- Heavy Mobile/On Highway Mechanical Trade certificate with 2+ years post trade experience

- Experience on Volvo, John Deere, Caterpillar, Hitachi & Liebherr equipment is highly desired

- Knowledge and/or experience around rail operations, equipment & attachments desirable

- Hard working & reliable with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a dynamic workplace

- A robust focus on quality and a commitment to safety

- A positive Company and Customer focused attitude

- Experience working with and upskilling apprentices

- Ability to work within a team setting as well as autonomously

Job tasks and responsibilities:

- Diagnostics,



Maintenance and Servicing of Loaders, Hi Rail Excavators, Graders, Prime movers, trailers and various pieces of small plant equipment as required.

- Diagnostic, troubleshooting and repairs of faults.

- Complete tasks within set time frames and advise management of any delays

- Complete required safety duties such as task inspections, task planning, Risk Assessments SWMSs, Take 5s.

Requirements:

- Right to work in Australia

- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test

- Valid Australian Trade Certificate

- Valid HR class driver's licence
