Stockwell Delivery is seeking a motivated and dedicated Project Engineer to join our team responsible for the safe and successful delivery of our mixed-use projects.

The Project Engineer is to coordinate the documentation (including shop drawings) and personally inspect at agreed hold points as the final check before the specific work activity can commence and confirm compliance once carried out.

Stockwell has a rich history of construction and development spanning over 74 years with a strong pipeline of work in residential, commercial, retail and leisure projects throughout Queensland.

We are seeking candidates from either an Engineering or Construction Management background with experience in design review and approval of shop drawings and construction works, ideally on mixed-use or residential projects.

Candidates must be driven, strategic and passionate with a sound knowledge of current building/engineering practices.

The role of the Project Engineer requires:

- Contribute as a Team member to the OH&S; on-site.
- Ensure all subcontractors and suppliers are working off current programs.
- Working as part of the Stockwell project team to achieve the specification and standard of quality required by our customer, the construction code and statutory approval conditions.
- Understand the scopes and the construction documentation (including plans).
- Coordination of detailed documentation and work activities at the subcontract trade interface.
- Approving ITP’s prior to works being carried out.
