Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to support project management and corporate strategy initiatives. This role involves driving cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, and supporting business decisions through structured analysis.

Key responsibilities include

- Lead and coordinate strategic and cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and performance tracking mechanisms.

- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.

- Conduct market, business, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.

- Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and strategic initiatives.

- Prepare transparent and insightful reports, presentations, and management materials for decision-making.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and recommend practical solutions.

- Facilitate communication across functions and ensure effective follow-up on key actions.

- Continuously evaluate processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.





Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Strong understanding of project management, business strategy, and organizational processes.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop practical recommendations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with project management, data analysis, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.

- Ability to translate data and business insights into clear, actionable conclusions.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, commercial awareness, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
