We are seeking highly motivated, analytical, and results-driven professionals to join our Project Management and Corporate Strategy teams. ? Key Responsibilities

• Support and lead strategic projects from planning through execution and completion.

• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor analysis, and business assessments.

• Analyze business performance, operational data, and market trends to identify opportunities.

• Support corporate strategy development, business planning, and strategic initiatives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives.

• Monitor project progress, key milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, management reports, and executive presentations.

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

• Support business process improvement, operational efficiency, and transformation initiatives.

• Track key performance indicators and evaluate project and strategic initiative performance.

• Conduct financial and commercial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate with senior management, internal departments, external partners, and other stakeholders.

• Support change management and implementation of strategic initiatives.

• Maintain project documentation, strategic plans, reports, and management dashboards.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in project management,



corporate strategy, consulting, business analysis, operations, finance, or a related field is an advantage.

• Solid analytical, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent understanding of business operations, strategy, market dynamics, and financial concepts.

• Strong project planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business analysis tools.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.

• Ability to analyze complex information and translate findings into clear recommendations.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong commercial awareness and interest in business growth, innovation, and corporate strategy.

• MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other relevant qualifications are an advantage.
