What Will You Be Doing:

This role, newly created to support the delivery of large-scale new-build projects, spans sectors such as BTR, Commercial Office, and Education. You will benefit from a flexible work arrangement that combines CBD office work with work from home.

In this role, you can work closely with a highly respected team leader and gain invaluable Project Management experience. This is the perfect role for someone transitioning from a tier-one construction background into Project Management within a consultancy setting.

Duties Include:

- Lead, attend, and minute PCG meetings.
- Ensuring the project meets time, cost,



and quality requirements.
- Assisting with contract management, design, and documentation preparation.
- Completing and issuing project reports for clients and external stakeholders.
- Conducting site inspections.

The Foundation for Success:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering.
- Contract administration experience with a main contractor is required.
- Confidence and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Desire to build a career in project management on complex projects
