At BioPak, we're on a mission to eliminate single-use plastic, and we're looking for a commercially minded Project Manager to help us bring sustainable products to market, faster.
We're a global packaging company leading the shift to compostable, planet-friendly alternatives across four brands: BioPak, Decent Packaging, Huskee and Bygreen. What you'll be doing
? Leading end-to-end delivery of product and packaging projects, from initiation through to launch
? Defining clear scope, timelines, milestones and success metrics
?️ Managing critical paths to keep projects on track and delays off the table
? Driving alignment across Product, Supply Chain, Sales and external suppliers
⚠️ Spotting risks early and getting ahead of them
? Continuously improving how we plan, track and deliver
What we're looking for
✅ 4–7 years' project management experience in product, manufacturing or supply chain
✅ A track record of juggling multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
✅ Solid critical path and timeline management skills
✅ Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence without authority
✅ Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven
✅ A proactive, solutions-first mindset
Nice to have
? Experience in packaging, manufacturing or sustainable products
? Experience working with offshore suppliers and production timelines
? Familiarity with stage-gate or product development processes
? Experience with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar)
