MCI Australia is looking for a Project Manager to join our Creative Services Team, based in our Sydney office. This role is ideal for someone who loves delivering standout events, has solid agency experience and is ready to grow into a more senior role within a well-structured, supportive and globally connected environment.

The role

As a Project Manager, you’ll lead small to medium sized corporate events end‑to‑end from concept through to on-site delivery and wrap owning:

- Project leadership and delivery
- Creative excellence and smooth technical execution
- Developing team members by acknowledging strong performance and guiding improvement.




- Client relationships and stakeholder management
- Budgets, suppliers, and logistics

You’ll be supported to grow, challenged in the right ways, and given a clear runway to progress into a more senior role as your capability expands.

You’ll bring

- 4 years’ agency-side event delivery experience
- Confidence leading complex projects and clients
- Strong budgeting, timeline, and detail management
- A collaborative mindset and calm approach under pressure
- A love for delivering high-quality, creative corporate events
- Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly in a fast-paced environment
