Stockwell Delivery is seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to lead new 10+ storey mixed-use projects in Brisbane’s inner South.

The successful candidate will work closely with our inhouse design, estimating, development, sales, leasing, and property management teams.

Stockwell has a rich history of construction and development spanning over 73 years.

Stockwell Delivery has a pipeline of work in residential, commercial, retail, and leisure projects throughout Queensland. This workload is already planned, and our team is growing.

Candidates should be from either a site or construction management background with demonstrated experience in all forms of construction works, including medium-high rise construction projects. You must be driven, strategic and passionate with a solid knowledge of current building and civil practices.

Role Description:

The role of the Project Manager requires:

- A motivated individual who welcomes the opportunity to take responsibility and lead the Project Team. This includes Contracts Administrator,



Development Manager as well as the Sales and Residential Manager to drive a successful project outcome.
- Planning and leading a team to promote safety and success. You must be able to prepare and drive the project program, including investing and supporting the site team to better that program utilising short term look ahead and target programs.
- Ensuring that processes and procedures are implemented to deliver each completed project safely.
- Ensuring the project is delivered in accordance with statutory approvals, PPR and end user agreements.
- Being part of the Stockwell project team to achieve the standard of quality agreed with our customers and as required by relevant codes, standards, and guidelines.
