We are seeking an experienced, organized, and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from planning through successful delivery. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills who can manage multiple stakeholders, resources, timelines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
? Key Responsibilities
• Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and successful completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project activities remain aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key performance indicators.
• Identify potential issues and risks and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage project budgets, resources, vendors, and external partners when required.
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, and key updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality, scope, timeline, and budget requirements.
• Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and priorities.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, dashboards, and other project records.
• Support process improvement and implement project management best practices.
• Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improvement opportunities.
✅ Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management, project coordination, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently while leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to project quality and successful delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
