Join our growing boutique Property Management team!

Bulbel Property Management is looking for a reliable, skilled and experienced Inspections Associate to join our team on a flexible basis.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out and about, has a strong eye for detail and understands the importance of delivering high-quality inspection reports for landlords and tenants.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Inspections Associate, you will assist with:

Routine property inspections

Ingoing condition reports

Outgoing condition reports

Bond inspections

Detailed photographic reporting

Identifying maintenance and compliance issues

Communicating professionally with tenants, owners and trades

Completing inspections using Inspection Express

Providing timely and accurate reports to the property management team

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS To be considered for this position, you must have:

NSW Class 2 Real Estate Agent Certificate

Current/valid Police Check

Valid Australian driver's licence

Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between properties iPhone or iPad with iOS compatible with our inspection software

Previous experience using Inspection Express and other inspection apps





Basic property management knowledge — essential

Excellent attention to detail

Professional presentation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage inspection schedules
