As part of that journey, the finance team is looking to hire top talent to support commercial decision-making, robust governance, and sustainable growth. About the role:

This role sits within the property finance team of a leading ASX-listed property group and supports a high-performing portfolio. Working closely with Property Managers and Asset Managers, the position is responsible for full-spectrum property accounting including monthly P&L; reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, and outgoing recoveries.

Key responsibilities include

- Prepare monthly financial statements, analysis, and generate reporting packs for property portfolios




- Conduct monthly financial reviews with key stakeholders, providing accounting guidance and discussing the financials
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all items are reconciled and addressed promptly
- Prepare accruals, prepayments, and other relevant property journals.
- Assist in the preparation of annual property budgets
- Drive process improvement by proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to systems and procedures

About You:

This position is ideally suited to a first mover from audit or business services, or someone with commercial experience across property or funds management.

- Degree qualified and working towards CA or CPA qualification
- Real Estate experience advantageous
- Exposure to reporting and analysis using an ERP
- Solid knowledge of Excel
