We are looking for a dependable and experienced individual to join our team for various property maintenance and repair tasks. We will provide a Van and fuel card
Key responsibilities
- General property repairs (Tiling, gardening, paving, painting, carpentry, etc.)
- Routine maintenance and inspections
- Painting and finishing work
- Yard work and landscaping
- Fixing or replacing broken fixtures and appliances
- Handling emergency repairs when necessary
- Ensuring properties are in top condition for tenants and owners
About you
- Proven experience in property maintenance or similar field
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic carpentry required
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Supply own tools
- Must have ABN Number and Public Liability Insurance
- Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude
