Property Lawyer / Conveyancer

PARAMOUNT Lawyers (Vic) Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Property Lawyer / Conveyancer to join our legal team on a full-time basis in Truganina, Melbourne.

The successful candidate will manage a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, from initial instructions through to settlement and completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage property settlements and conveyancing transactions
- Handle residential and commercial property matters
- Prepare and review contracts of sale
- Prepare and advise on Section 32 Vendor Statements
- Review and prepare leases, transfers and related property documents
- Conduct title, planning, zoning and property searches
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, brokers and other legal representatives
- Attend to settlement requirements and post-settlement matters
- Advise clients on property transactions, risks and contractual obligations
- Assist with property-related disputes and litigation
- Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings and court documents where required
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal advice
- Maintain accurate files and ensure compliance with relevant Victorian laws and procedures

About You The ideal candidate will have:




- A Bachelor of Laws and current admission to practise in Victoria
- Experience in property law, conveyancing and settlements
- Knowledge of Victorian property law and conveyancing procedures
- Experience preparing and reviewing contracts and Section 32 statements
- Understanding of property-related litigation and dispute resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines
- A professional, client-focused and proactive approach

Experience with PEXA, conveyancing software and relevant legal practice systems will be highly regarded.
