About the Role

As a Pump and Dewatering Installation Supervisor, this role involves coordinating projects with branch operations and sales teams according to United Rental standards. Key responsibilities include preparing, delivering, and installing dewatering systems, conducting regular system checks, and supervising installation teams to ensure timely project completion. The position also involves training and mentoring fellow technicians to maintain safe, effective installation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with customers, engineers and project stakeholders to ensure equipment suitability and identify cross-selling opportunities

- Coordinate with customers and operations team to deliver and install pumping equipment according to specifications

- Provide on-site training on proper equipment installation and operation methods

- Conduct equipment inspections, damage assessments and assist with stock control and ordering of new/replacement equipment

- Ensuring delivery schedules are met in a timely and safe manner

- Complete accurate paperwork, risk assessments, and delivery documentation





- Maintain safe work environments and comply with company safety policies

What We’re Looking For

- Highly effective communication and people management skills at all levels

- Ability & desire to participate in a team environment

- Good organisational skills

- Current Drillers Licence

- Develop a good technical understanding of Pumps and Dewatering products

- Ability to read & understand construction plans and drawings

- Experience with construction &/or working on sites
