? About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-driven and curious QA Analyst to help ensure our software delivers a smooth, reliable, and high-quality user experience. You’ll test new features, uncover issues, document defects, and collaborate with development and product teams to improve software quality.

? Key Responsibilities

- Review requirements and identify potential quality risks.
- Create and execute functional, regression, and exploratory test cases.
- Test new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Perform web application testing across browsers and devices.
- Support integration and end-to-end testing activities.
- Assist with API testing and basic backend validation.
- Collaborate with developers to investigate and resolve issues.
- Maintain test plans, test cases, results, and QA documentation.
- Participate in release and pre-production validation.
- Help improve testing workflows, standards, and quality processes.

?️ What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of software testing and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with functional testing, regression testing, and defect tracking.
- Understanding of web applications and software development workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, TestRail, or similar is a plus.
- Basic SQL or scripting knowledge is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and investigative thinking.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to approach products from both technical and user perspectives.
- Curious mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
