Overview Pharmaceutical company based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne is seeking a QC Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend. Afternoon shift (2pm–10pm).

Responsibilities - Conduct routine physical, chemical and instrumental testing on bulk products, stability samples, raw materials and finished goods

- Conduct sampling, inspection and approval of materials as per SOP
- Equipment maintenance and calibration
- Manage test results using the data management system
- Ensure compliance with GMP and GLP standards
- Organise samples for external testing and interpret results
- General housekeeping Qualifications - Bachelor of Science majoring in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or related discipline




- Must have prior laboratory experience ideally within pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Open to other industries such as food and environmental.
- Proven experience using chemistry analytical techniques
- Good understanding of GMP and GLP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive time management skills
