Elite Trades Australia is growing, and we’re looking for a qualified, reliable and motivated Plumber to join our team.

We’re not a new-home plumbing company. Our work is focused on existing homes, upgrades, installations and maintenance, giving you plenty of variety and the opportunity to build your skills across some of the fastest-growing areas of residential plumbing.

From heat pump hot water systems and whole-home electrification to water filtration, air conditioning and general plumbing, you’ll be working on interesting projects where quality workmanship and customer service really matter.

About the Role

As a qualified plumber, you’ll work independently as well as alongside other experienced trades, completing a wide range of residential plumbing and home upgrade work, including:

- Heat pump hot water system installations

- Whole-house water filtration systems

- Whole-home electrification projects

- Single-head split-system air conditioning installations

- Gas appliance disconnections and gas meter capping

- General residential plumbing, repairs and maintenance

- Fault finding and problem solving

- Working alongside other qualified trades across a variety of residential projects

No new homes. No repetitive construction-site work. Just a varied mix of residential plumbing, upgrades and maintenance.

? What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a plumber who:

- Is a fully qualified and registered plumber

- Holds a current Australian driver’s licence

- Holds a White Card (Construction Induction Card)

- Has a valid Working with Children Check, or is willing to obtain one if successful

- Can provide a satisfactory Police Check, or is willing to obtain one if successful

- Is reliable, punctual and dependable

- Takes pride in their workmanship

- Has a positive, can-do attitude

- Can work independently and as part of a team

- Presents professionally on site and around customers

- Has strong communication skills

- Understanding of tech (bonus if you have experience using servicem8 and runabout)

- Understands the importance of delivering an excellent customer experience

- Is keen to keep learning and developing their skills
