The successful applicant will be working within our Property Management Team and will demonstrate:

In this role you will:





- Work within the Property Management Team in managing their portfolios
- Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and trade suppliers
- Action repairs and maintenance issues
- Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Conduct lease preparations
- Conduct regular rent and lease reviews

A current Driver's Licence is essential and experience in Property Management with a current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence is a definite advantage. Training and career developmentwill be provided for those with a driven desire for a rewarding career as part of our Property Management Team.
