In this role, you'll:

- This role will see you support the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of Transport for NSW’s data products, services and operational data environments.
- You will optimise data operations, resolve incidents and enhance automation across complex cloud-based data platforms and integration solutions.
- You will maintain data assets, reporting solutions and operational resilience to support informed decision-making and business continuity outcomes.

About you

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience, with demonstrated expertise supporting and optimising data operations environments.
- You’re recognised as a collaborative problem solver, skilled at incident management,



stakeholder engagement and translating complex data issues into actionable outcomes.
- You bring experience in cloud data platforms, ELT architecture, SQL and automation to achieve reliable, high-quality data services. This is a Permanent Full-Time role.
