Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help customers become more independent at home and in the community. You will mentor, coach daily living skills, and assist with personal care under individual support plans.
You will work across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers and weekends, communicating with verbal and non-verbal clients, and ensuring accurate records and safety protocols are followed.
