We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven Quality Assurance Manager to lead and improve our quality assurance processes. This role is ideal for a quality professional with strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills who is passionate about maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement.

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure consistent quality across products, services, and business processes.

• Establish quality objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with business goals.

• Monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Conduct regular quality audits, inspections, and process reviews.

• Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, reports, and process guidelines.

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, product, customer service, and other teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Identify process risks and implement strategies to prevent recurring quality problems.

• Analyze quality data and trends to provide actionable recommendations to management.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices.

✅ Requirements





• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related role.

• Previous experience managing or leading a QA team is an advantage.

• Solid understanding of quality management systems, processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Experience with root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and quality audits.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and develop effective improvement plans.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional quality certifications such as ISO, Six Sigma, or CQE are a plus.
