Open Track Roles & Key Responsibilities

1. Test Leadership & Management (Test Lead)

- Lead end-to-end testing across complex enterprise IT projects.
- Drive test scoping, planning, governance, reporting, team coordination, and vendor/stakeholder management.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT, regression, automation, and non-functional testing streams.

2. Functional & Systems Analysis (Test Analyst / Senior Test Analyst)

- Design and execute complex test scenarios, cases, and regression suites across enterprise applications and integrations.
- Support SIT and UAT execution, manage defects, and provide detailed testing evidence.
- (Senior level) Guide junior testers, lead test preparation, and drive Quality Assurance standards in Agile/SAFe environments.

3. Test Automation & CI/CD Engineering (Automation / Senior Automation Engineer)

- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts and regression frameworks.
- Integrate automated testing seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines.
- (Senior level) Optimize automation frameworks and provide technical leadership across testing teams.

4.



Specialized Quality Engineering (QA Specialists)

- Deliver deep domain expertise in Performance & Load, Stress, Security, Accessibility, or Reliability & Resilience testing.

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in software testing across Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks.
- Experience with functional, non-functional, SIT, UAT, or automation frameworks (depending on track).
- Solid defect management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant Certifications (Highly Valued):
- Core & Leadership: ISTQB CTFL, CTAL-TM, CTAL-TA, CT-AcT, SAFe 6 (Foundations/Practitioner).
- Automation & Technical: ISTQB CTFL-AT, CTAL-TAE, CT-TAS.
- Specialist: ISTQB CT-PT, CT-SEC, CT-MAT.
