Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly analytical and technically capable Quantitative Analyst / Quantitative Research Analyst to develop data-driven models, conduct quantitative research, and generate actionable insights from complex datasets. The role involves applying statistical, mathematical, and computational techniques to support investment, risk management, trading, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include

- Conduct quantitative research using financial, market, economic, and alternative datasets.
- Develop, test, and validate statistical, mathematical, and predictive models.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, relationships, and potential opportunities.
- Design and implement quantitative research methodologies, signals, factors, and analytical frameworks.
- Build and maintain analytical tools, models, and research pipelines using appropriate programming languages and technologies.
- Perform backtesting, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and model performance evaluation.
- Monitor model outputs, data quality, assumptions, and performance, identifying potential limitations or anomalies.
- Translate quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights for investment and business decisions.
- Collaborate with researchers, data scientists, engineers, investment professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve models, methodologies, data sources, and analytical processes.
- Maintain clear documentation of research methodologies,



assumptions, models, results, and conclusions.
- Stay current with developments in quantitative finance, statistics, machine learning, financial markets, and computational methods.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, linear algebra, calculus, optimization, and quantitative modeling.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, C++, MATLAB, or similar quantitative programming languages.
- Solid proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets is an advantage.
- Familiarity with financial markets, quantitative finance, portfolio theory, risk management, or algorithmic trading is preferred.
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, time-series analysis, or predictive analytics is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of data analysis, model validation, backtesting, and statistical inference.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to independently investigate complex problems and develop rigorous, data-driven solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to research quality and methodological rigor.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
