Real Estate Administration Extraordinaire

We’re looking to recruit or develop the next Real Estate Administration Extraordinaire to join our team.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys being organised, communicating clearly, and keeping the details moving behind the scenes. You’ll support our real estate team with essential administration while helping deliver a polished experience for clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Your responsibilities will include

- Preparing and managing real estate forms, contracts, and related documentation
- Communicating with clients, agents, solicitors, and other stakeholders
- Answering phones and managing our shared inboxes
- Keeping records, appointments, and systems accurate and up to date
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team




- Helping ensure every transaction progresses smoothly and professionally

We’re looking for someone with robust attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities with confidence. Real estate administration experience is valued, but we’re equally open to a capable, motivated person who is keen to learn and grow in the industry. Pay: $52,880.00 – $80,000.00 per year
