We’re looking for someone with energy, drive and a serious work ethic to join our sales team at Belle Property Everton Park.

This is a prospecting-heavy role and it won’t suit everyone.

You’ll spend a large part of your week on the phone, door knocking, building relationships and creating opportunities. You’ll hear “no” far more often than “yes”, and you’ll need the resilience to keep going anyway.

This is an opportunity to start at the ground level of a high-performing real estate sales team and earn your way into a bigger role. For the right person, there is a genuine pathway into sales.

Real estate experience is not essential. What matters more to us is a strong employment history, confidence with people, resilience and evidence that you know how to work hard and stick at something.

If you’re looking for a Monday-to-Friday role, regular 5pm finishes, dislike prospecting, or your employment history shows a pattern of moving on after short periods, this probably isn’t the role for you.

But if you’re prepared to put in the work, prove yourself and want an opportunity to build a long-term career in real estate, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

- Prospecting through calls, door knocking,



networking and database activity.
- Building relationships with prospective sellers and buyers.
- Managing database follow-up and creating new opportunities.
- Assisting with buyer appointments and sales campaigns.
- Coordinating open home preparation and set-up, ensuring each property is presented and ready to go.
- Working closely with our Principal.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A demonstrated history of commitment and reliability in previous employment.
- Confidence speaking with people and picking up the phone.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks without needing to be constantly followed up.
- Resilience, initiative and a solid work ethic.
- Availability to work a genuine six-day real estate week, including Saturdays and outside standard business hours when required.
- A current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- A reliable car and valid QLD driver’s licence.
- To live within a reasonable distance of our Everton Park office.
