About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics, Australian Skin Clinics, or Clear Skincare Clinics CLINIC LOCATION. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage bookings, appointments,



and client communications (using Zenoti)
- Support clinic operations including payments, stock, and reporting
- Collaborate with therapists and clinic managers to ensure smooth daily flow
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
