As we continue to strengthen and elevate our services, we are seeking an outstanding Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of our quality-focused campuses. About the opportunity
This is a dynamic and influential leadership role for a highly capable early childhood professional who understands how to bring together pedagogy, leadership, compliance, culture and business performance.
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a portfolio of campuses, working closely with Campus Managers and support teams to ensure every service operates at a high standard across quality, people, family experience and commercial performance.
You will be a visible and inspiring leader who can coach others, identify opportunities, drive accountability and create momentum. You will know how to support services to move beyond compliance and into genuine excellence, while also ensuring operational discipline and sustainable business outcomes.
What you will be doing In this role, you will:
- Lead, mentor and develop Campus Managers across your portfolio
- Champion high-quality practice and support services to achieve and maintain strong quality outcomes
- Drive and embed Exceeding practice across the National Quality Standard
- Strengthen team capability, culture,
engagement and leadership confidence
- Monitor and improve key business metrics including occupancy, revenue, labour management and overall service performance
- Support services with continuous improvement planning, compliance oversight and operational excellence
- Use data and insights to identify trends, address risks and unlock opportunities for growth
- Partner with support office teams to ensure campuses receive timely and effective support
- Build strong, trusted relationships with campus teams, families and stakeholders
- Ensure each campus reflects the premium standards and values of The Scholars Group brand
What we are looking for
We are seeking someone who is both values led and commercially capable, a leader who is passionate about children and quality, but who also understands that exceptional services require strong leadership, accountability and business acumen.
You will ideally bring
- Significant experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector leadership
- Relevant ECEC qualifications
- Proven experience in a multi-site leadership, operations, regional or senior service leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and assessment and rating process
- Demonstrated experience supporting services in achieving high-quality outcomes, ideally including Exceeding
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability, with the ability to grow leadership confidence and performance
- A sound understanding of service operations, workforce management and business performance drivers
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused and hands-on leadership style
- A genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children, families and educators
