Terex Jaques is a market leader in crushing, screening, and washing solutions across the quarrying, mining, and recycling industries. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager - Eastern Region to join our team based in Wetherill Park, NSW.

As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while managing and growing relationships with existing customers. You will represent Terex Jaques' industry-leading crushing, screening, and washing product portfolio while supporting customers with aftermarket parts, service, and maintenance solutions.

What you’ll be doing

- Drive sales growth by securing new machine business and expanding aftermarket parts and service opportunities.

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships across the quarrying, mining, recycling, and construction industries.

- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, customer engagement, and strategic sales and marketing initiatives.

- Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and technical solutions that meet customer needs and deliver value.

- Conduct customer site visits, provide equipment recommendations, and support customers with technical guidance.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records,



and pipeline reporting while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in capital equipment, mining, quarrying, construction, or heavy industry sales.

- Demonstrated success in business development, achieving sales targets, and growing customer accounts.

- Strong technical knowledge of crushing, screening, mineral processing, or related heavy equipment applications.

- Proven ability to build and maintain key customer relationships, with strong negotiation and commercial skills.

- Experience preparing tenders, quotations, contracts, budgets, sales forecasts, and managing CRM/ERP systems.

- Highly organised, self-motivated, and willing to travel throughout the region, backed by relevant qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
