About the Role

- Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to aged care residents
- Conduct clinical assessments and monitor resident wellbeing
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Support the development and implementation of care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive resident outcomes
- Support residents with dignity, respect and individualised care




- Work across a variety of aged care facilities throughout the Sunshine Coast

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) or Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum 12 months recent experience in Residential Aged Care
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years)
- Strong clinical assessment and medication management skills
- Excellent communication and time management abilities
- Flexibility to work day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts
- Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)
