Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Migration Agent role is based in Parramatta, NSW.

The Registered Migration

Agent will manage client cases from initial consultation to visa outcome, including assessing eligibility, advising on migration pathways, and preparing and lodging visa applications in accordance with current legislation and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed client interviews, collecting and verifying documentation, maintaining accurate case records, and communicating regularly with clients about progress and requirements. The role involves staying up to date with Australian migration law and policy changes, liaising with relevant government departments and stakeholders, and ensuring all services are delivered ethically and in line with professional standards.





The agent will also contribute to process improvement, collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, and support a positive, inclusive client experience.

Qualifications

- Accredited as a Registered Migration Agent with the appropriate regulatory body (e.g., OMARA) and in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of Australian migration law, visa subclasses, and compliance requirements, with experience interpreting and applying legislation and policy.
- Excellent client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly, manage expectations, and build trust with diverse communities.
- Proven case management and organizational skills, with attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and deadline management.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess eligibility, identify risks, and design appropriate migration strategies.
- Qualified integrity and ethical judgment, committed to confidentiality, fairness, and non-discriminatory practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a supportive, culturally sensitive workplace.
- Proficiency with digital tools and case management software; strong general computer literacy (e.g., Office or equivalent).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in law, migration, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in migration advisory, immigration law, or related client-facing skilled services is an advantage.
