About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering person-centred care to residents while working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.

Your responsibilities will include

- Delivering high-quality clinical care to residents

- Medication administration and clinical assessments

- Care planning and documentation

- Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to changes in condition





- Leading and supporting care staff

- Building positive relationships with residents and families

- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About You To be successful, you will possess:

- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

- Minimum 3 years Registered Nursing experience

- Aged Care Experience Desired

- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Ability to work across a rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night shifts

- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
