Our client is a 20-year Australian success story in the Personal Care sector with an increasing international presence. With a new strategic focus, they are now seeking an experienced and proactive Sales professional to lead the sales /accounts team (approx. 20) and drive the domestic and international growth plan.

To succeed, you have a track record in Sales leadership within the Haircare, Beauty or Personal Care sectors. Importantly,you are a contemporary leader attuned to how technology can contribute to the effectiveness of the sales process,



while supporting and developing your team.Exposure to international markets through managing / supporting local distributorships will also be highly valued.

Equally important will be your innovative and motivational approach coupled with sound financial and commercial skills. It is worth noting that a key to our client's success has been their emphasis on a supportive and collaborative, yet performance-based culture - one that emphasises autonomy with accountability.

As part of the leadership team reporting to the CEO, an appropriate salary and incentive package will appeal to the successful candidate.
