Are you an experienced Door to Door Sales Leader who knows how to get the best out of a sales team, while still being willing to get out there and knock doors yourself?

At Rebuild Relief, we’re looking for a hands on Door to Door Sales Team Leader to help us build, train and lead a high-performing D2D sales team across South East Queensland.

We’re a fast-scaling business helping Aussie families recover from hail and storm damage by accessing insurance funded repairs, often resulting in a brand-new roof at no cost to the homeowner.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building our D2D team from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for onboarding and training new representatives, keeping the team motivated, driving performance and spending plenty of time in the field coaching and leading by example.

Around 80% of your time will be spent out in the field with your team across South East Queensland, with the remaining time based from our Gold Coast office for training and planning.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to manage a sales team from behind a desk. We want a leader who loves the energy of field sales, knows how to get people performing and is prepared to get out there alongside their team.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead from the front, working alongside your team in the field
- Train, onboard and coach current and existing D2D Sales Representatives
- Motivate the team, drive activity and keep everyone focused on their targets
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback,



coaching and support
- Help refine scripts, sales techniques and processes as the team grows
- Work closely with management to build a positive, high performing D2D culture

About You

We’re looking for an experienced salesperson who knows what great D2D performance looks like and has the personality to bring others along with them.

- Proven experience in door-to-door or field sales
- Experience leading, coaching or mentoring salespeople
- A confident, energetic leader who isn’t afraid to get out and knock doors
- Results-driven with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable
- A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys developing people
- A current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel throughout SEQ

Experience building or scaling a D2D team would be highly regarded, but not essential.
