Warehouse & B2B Delivery Driver (Combo Role) - Sutherland Shire Based

Are you a reliable, hands-on, and energetic individual looking for a diverse role that combines driving with essential warehouse operations?

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable team member to join our fast‑paced B2B/Retail business in the Sutherland Shire. This combo position requires a flexible individual who excels both on the road and in the factory, handling a variety of crucial tasks.

The Role: What You'll Be Doing

This is a dynamic position where no two days are exactly alike. Your responsibilities will include:

- B2B Deliveries: Completing daily delivery runs across Sydney, ensuring products arrive safely and on time to our business clients.

- Order Picking & Packing: Accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for both our B2B clients and retail customers.

- Warehouse Support: Assisting with all essential warehouse functions, including goods receiving, stock placement, inventory checks, and general upkeep.

- Manual Handling: Safely and efficiently handling a significant volume of items during both deliveries and packing tasks.

The Details

- Location: Sutherland Shire, NSW

- Hours: 40-50 hours per week

- Schedule: Must be able to start early - 5:00 am (essential for delivery runs). Includes some Saturday shifts (about one every 8 weeks)

Starting from $65,000 per annum + Super

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)

- Full Driver’s Licence: Essential, with a proven excellent driving record.

- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle and move a high volume of items consistently throughout the day (lifting, bending, carrying).

- Customer Service & Problem-Solving:

- Ability to provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

- Proactively identify and resolve issues, including complex or difficult delivery situations.

- Ability to direct customer issues to the correct internal people when necessary.

- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team and unsupervised.

- Flexibility: Willingness to jump between driving, packing, and general warehouse duties as required by the business needs.

Skills That Are a Plus (Preferred)

- Driving Experience: Prior experience driving large commercial vans or similar vehicles.

- Licences: A Heavy Vehicle (HR, MR, LR) Licence or Forklift Licence (LF) is highly desirable but not essential.

- Experience: Previous experience in a similar warehousing or delivery role, particularly within a B2B workplace.
