Southside Toyota is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our high-performing team at our Woolloongabba dealership.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales qualified who enjoys building relationships, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and helping customers find finance and insurance solutions that meet their needs.

About the Role

As a Finance & Insurance Consultant, you will work closely with our Sales Team and customers to provide tailored finance, insurance, and aftermarket product solutions. You will play a key role in the vehicle purchasing journey, ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and professional advice.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Presenting finance, insurance, and aftermarket product options to customers

- Developing tailored finance solutions to meet individual customer needs

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and lending partners

- Managing finance applications and ensuring compliance requirements are met

- Achieving finance and insurance sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards

- Coordinating settlement processes and documentation

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of finance products, regulations, and dealership offerings

- Working closely with the Sales Department to enhance the customer experience and maximise dealership opportunities

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Finance & Insurance Consultant, Business Manager, or Automotive Finance Specialist

- Solid sales,



negotiation, and relationship-building skills

- A customer-first approach with exceptional communication skills

- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- Strong attention to detail and administrative capability

- A professional presentation and positive attitude

- Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products

- An understanding of compliance obligations and responsible lending practices

- Current driver's licence

Experience within a dealership environment will be highly regarded.
