The Marquis of Lorne, a busy neighbourhood pub in Fitzroy, is hiring a Duty Manager / Shift Supervisor for approximately 30 hours per week. The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor and bar, guiding the front of house team and maintaining high service standards during busy evenings and weekends.

You’ll work with the Venue Manager and senior leaders to ensure seamless service, staff development, and exceptional guest experiences while upholding responsible service of alcohol and venue
