Are you energetic, passionate about fresh, nutritious food, and love connecting with people? YOYO Fun Fresh Food is launching an exciting new Pop-Up this September, and we're looking for vibrant Customer Service Team Members to join us!

In this role, you will be the face of YOYO fresh food , delivering exceptional customer service whilst working in a fast-paced retail food setting. This position offers the perfect opportunity to develop your skills in customer engagement, food retail operations, and team collaboration. Whether you're looking to build your career in retail food & hospitality or seeking flexible part-time work, this role will provide valuable experience in service industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service & Sales: Deliver vibrant, friendly, and efficient service, acting as the welcoming face of the YOYO Pop-Up.
- Food & Beverage Preparation: Serve and prepare ready-to-go fresh foods, juices, yogurt bowls, and sushi in a fast-paced environment.
- Store and Food Merchandising: Maintain food displays as fresh, neat, styled and ready to go at all times throughout the day. Restocking regularly and visual presentation of the store and displays as a whole whilst maintaining high standards of food hygiene,



cleanliness, and visual presentation across the pop-up site.
- Team Collaboration: Work flexibly across scheduled part-time shifts over a 7-day operation starting in September, coordination or roles and responsibilities during shifts, whilst working together to ensure smooth operations on daily basis.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: Background in customer-facing roles, particularly juice/yogurt bars, sushi outlets, or fast-casual food service.
- Attributes: High energy, upbeat personality, strong communication skills, and a passion for healthy, wholesome food.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varied part-time hours, including weekends.

What You’ll Do:

- Welcome customers with enthusiasm and exceptional service.
- Prepare and serve delicious, wholesome items (juices, yogurt, sushi, and fresh ready-to-go meals).
- Keep the space clean, organized, well stocked and inviting.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in fast-paced retail or food service (juice/yogurt bars or sushi experience is a major plus!).
- A positive, bubbly attitude and a drive to promote healthy, delicious fresh products.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours across a 7-day roster.
