Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) is seeking a Donor Care Officer to join our Fundraising Team in the Strategy & Engagement Portfolio. This permanent full time role focuses on exceptional supporter care, donor engagement and accurate donor records to grow the impact of our fundraising programs.

The Donor Care Officer will be the primary contact for donor enquiries, support stewardship activities, process donations and contribute to continuous improvement across fundraising operations.
