Advanced Cranes Queensland is seeking a reliable, detail-driven Operations Assistantbased in Caboolture. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving operational environments and knows how to keep people, records, and compliance aligned across multiple projects.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, this role supports day-to-day operations by ensuring our crew are compliant, and ready to work across multiple client sites. You’ll work closely with team leaders, subcontractors and project teams to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance records are aligned with project requirements
- Liaise with clients to confirm bookings, job details and any follow-up to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Work closely with theOperations Coordinatoron asset and people utilisation,



maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to supervisors and crews, ensuring effective communication across teams
- Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and client satisfaction
- Assist finance team with any follow-up documentation

What You’ll Bring

- Experience in operations or project administration
- Background in construction, transport, manufacturing, or similar heavy industry preferred
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive team-first approach
- Confidence working with internal teams and external stakeholders
