Position Overview

Mammoth Underground Mine is seeking an experienced and safety-focused Mechanical Tradesperson to join our underground operations team. This is a hands-on role maintaining critical mining equipment in a demanding underground coal environment, ensuring reliability, safety, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, repair,



and troubleshoot underground mining equipment

Complete planned maintenance and breakdown repairs

Work safely and comply with all site procedures and regulations

Assist with equipment installations and upgrades

Collaborate with crews to support production targets

About You (Skills & Experience):

Trade qualification as a Fitter

Additionalcertifications, such as confined space entry, working at heights, or welding and fabrication.
