We are seeking a passionate and driven Restaurant Manager to join us on a part-time or full-time basis to supervise our pub bistro. Supported by our management team, you will grow and further develop your skills in training new staff and exceeding customer expectations. Reporting to the Assistant Venue Manager, this role will be pivotal in ensuring effective and efficient restaurant operations, leading our team of casuals by example.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain restaurant presentation and cleanliness
- Effectively lead busy shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Leading team through busy service periods, conducting team training to optimise and exceed guests’ experience while driving sales
- Ensure that all operating, opening, and closing procedures are followed
- Training and managing restaurant staff
- Ensuring prompt and friendly customer service
- Maintaining quality and service standards
- Reducing operational costs
- Ensuring all staff follow strict personal safety,



food safety and food storage guidelines
- Supervising and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in hospitality, supervising and training staff
- Experience with venue opening and closing procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent presentation, communication, time management, organisation and attention to detail
- Bartending experience
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Ability to work a versatile rotating roster including nights and weekends
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
