About the Role

We're hiring a versatile Supervisor who is ready to commit to full in-house training and grow into a Manager position. This is a genuine career progression opportunity, not just a job. You'll be trained across all aspects of our restaurant operations — front of house, kitchen, bar, guest relations, and supplier management — with the goal of taking on a leadership role working closely alongside management.

Responsibilities

- Lead the floor during service, keeping operations smooth and positive
- Train and upskill team members
- Manage stock levels and supplier ordering
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation
- Build genuine relationships with customers
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes

Requirements

- Hospitality/restaurant experience required
- Bar experience (cocktails, bar service) is a plus




- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to act on issues early
- Reliable, organised, with clear communication skills
- Able to build a positive, capable team without creating tension
- Seeking a long-term role (not a stepping-stone position)
- Genuine interest in hospitality, both service pace and community connection
