Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the team during daily service
- Ensure excellent customer service and hospitality standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Allocate team members to stations and service areas
- Monitor staff performance and service flow
- Support and train new team members
- Ensure food and beverage presentation meets Marsa standards
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the restaurant
- Assist with customer enquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
- Monitor orders and ensure productive communication between FOH and BOH
- Assist with POS, bookings, takeaway and delivery operations
- Follow food safety, WHS and company procedures
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or operational issues to management
- Help minimise wastage and maintain operational efficiency
- Support the Restaurant Supervisor and Manager with daily operations
- Lead by example and maintain a positive team environment
Pay: $26.74 – $35.00 per hour
