Task & responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail sales staff to ensure smooth store operations.

- Maintain stock levels, order inventory, and manage deliveries.

- Ensure the store and petrol station comply with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Train and support staff in sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.

- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and assist in achieving business targets.

- Open and close the store, handle cash registers, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.

- Implement merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities in line with company policies.

- Oversee fuel operations,



including safety checks and compliance with environmental regulations.

Qualification & experience

- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a retail supervisory or management role (petrol or grocery experience preferred).

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage a small team in a fast-paced workplace.

- Excellent customer service and organisational abilities.

- Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

- Relevant qualification in Business, Management, or Retail.

Pay: $79,500.00 – $80,000.00 per year
