We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist to join our main dispensary team. You may be required to assist in the outpatient, ward, and/or clinical trials department if needed. Primary tasks will include conducting medication reviews using electronic medical charts, dispensing and supplying medications for the wards, patient counselling, and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team and participate in the dispensary on call and weekend roster as required.
All applicants must be competent, qualified and committed to providing a high standard of patient care. They will require excellent communication skills,
demonstrate the ability to prioritise tasks and exhibit proficient time management. They will be expected to take initiative in problem-solving, complete work at a high-quality level, and be capable of dealing with patient needs in a sensitive manner. Applicants should be aware that they will be expected to work with and embrace the technology and computer systems of the hospital.

The successful candidate must possess and must be able to provide evidence of:
- Tertiary qualification (BPharm or MPharm)
- Current indemnity insurance
- Current working with children check
Highly desirable attributes include:
- Familiarity with the PBS in a private hospital context
