We are seeking Machine Operators to join our team at our Manufacturing Headquarters in Yandina on a permanent full-time basis. This role operates Monday to Friday, 6am - 2:06pm.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery used in the precise cutting and shaping of melamine materials for furniture production. During quieter periods, you will also be required to support other areas of the business as needed.

You will play a key role in ensuring all products are manufactured to meet quality specifications and customer requirements, while maintaining efficiency across the production process. A strong safety-focused mindset is essential, with a commitment to following procedures, identifying hazards, and contributing to a safe and compliant working environment for yourself and your team.

What do you need for this role?

- A great attitude and eagerness to learn – experience is not essential; we're looking for reliable people with the right mindset and work ethic
- Machine Operating or similar experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- CNC experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Experience with hand tools
- Solid attention to quality and safety
- Reliable,



physically fit and team oriented
- Drivers licence & reliable vehicle
- Flexibility to support peak production periods (October to February), with limited availability for leave during this time
